All batpro accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved Pakistani payment methods including JazzCash and Easypaisa.

Each player may hold only one active batpro account. Opening multiple accounts, including accounts under different names or mobile numbers, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, batpro reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain any bonus funds. Winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your legal name (as it appears on your CNIC or passport), valid Pakistani mobile number, and a functioning email address where applicable. Providing false registration details is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your batpro login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. batpro will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
You must use your batpro account for personal, recreational betting and gaming purposes only. Use of the account for any commercial purpose, on behalf of another person, or as part of a coordinated professional betting operation is prohibited without express prior written authorisation from batpro.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. batpro reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts, subject to prior notification to the registered contact details. Where a balance remains, batpro will take reasonable steps to contact you before any fee is applied.
batpro accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through Pakistani payment channels including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). batpro does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, or third-party payment processor accounts in names other than the registered account holder.
Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 30–60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take 2–24 hours depending on the initiating bank's clearing schedule. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. batpro reserves the right to request documentary evidence for deposits that trigger AML review thresholds.
Withdrawals require completed KYC verification as set out in Section 7. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–4 hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa, and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers. batpro reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to accounts or mobile wallet numbers registered in the name of the account holder.
Where a deposit is made in conjunction with a promotional bonus, the bonus funds and, in some cases, the deposit amount are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotional terms. Withdrawal of bonus-derived funds before completion of applicable wagering requirements is not permitted.
Bets placed on the batpro sportsbook are subject to the applicable sport-specific and market-specific rules published on the Platform. In-play bets are accepted subject to live odds availability. batpro reserves the right to void bets placed after an event outcome has been determined or where a technical error has resulted in materially incorrect odds being published.
All casino games on batpro — including live dealer titles provided by Evolution, online slots, and crash games — are governed by the rules of the respective game as defined by the supplying game studio. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all games are available within the game information panels. batpro does not alter the house edge or RTP of any certified third-party game.
Once placed and confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the player, except where a Cash Out option is explicitly available and exercised before the relevant event concludes. batpro reserves the right to cancel bets at its sole discretion in the event of clearly erroneous odds, system errors, or market integrity issues, with full stake refund in such cases.

batpro is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Verification is a condition of full platform access, including withdrawals.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, batpro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, interruption of service, or network connectivity issues outside batpro's direct control.
batpro's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their batpro account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form or basis of the claim.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". batpro does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may affect availability without prior notice.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to batpro's operating jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the batpro platform, both parties agree to seek resolution through batpro's internal dispute resolution process in the first instance.
Disputes not resolved through internal processes within 30 calendar days may be escalated to the applicable regulatory body or independent arbitration as determined by batpro's licensing authority. The language of all dispute proceedings shall be English.
batpro reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the contact details on file (email or registered mobile number) with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with applicable law or regulatory direction.
Your continued use of the batpro platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
